White birch is a deciduous small to medium sized native tree. The leaves are alternate, ovate or triangular, five to ten
centimeters long. It has characteristically white, peeling bark and the leaves become golden-yellow in fall.
Landscaping: Prefers moist, well-drained soils, tolerates partial shade.
