Description
Hawthorns are prized for their gorgeous pale yellow spring flowers, vibrant autumn red berries, and versatile uses. The Homestead Hawthorn is a small tree that grows 15-20 feet high and has stout wide forming branches that are coated in long hairlike thorns. Hawthorns are a resilient and adaptable tree with dense foliage and strong growth. They have been used widely in conservation for shelterbreaks, hedgerows, wildlife habitat, and urban plantings.
