Description
A large deciduous shrub that produces iconic sweet smelling lilac flowers. Grows up to 8-12′ high with a 6-10′ spread. Commonly used as an attractive privacy hedge, windbreak, or recreational planting. Densely branching foliage serves as excellent wildlife habitat for nesting birds.
Landscaping: Best in full sun. Prefers moist, well-drained soils.
